If I was to name a national sport in NZ, I'd say golf first. The volcanic history of NZ left the country with plenty of fresh bright green hilly grassland. Goes without saying that hence there's also plenty of golf courses. Also...no need if you ran out of golf balls. You can purchase them in convenience stores next to apples and bananas....ugh...thank God!
